In July 2026, Martín Litwak, CEO and Founder of UNTITLED SLC, participated as a speaker at the second edition of the BVI Latin America Roadshow organized by BVI Finance, one of the industry’s leading forums for international financial services across the region.
The Roadshow took place across three cities: Lima, Bogotá and Panama City, under the theme “The BVI Advantage: Global Solutions for Latin America.” It brought together representatives of the British Virgin Islands Government, regulators, fiduciaries, lawyers, tax advisors and wealth management professionals from across Latin America.
Family wealth, international structuring and long-term thinking
The event’s discussions centered on a theme at the heart of our practice: the growing need for Latin American families to approach wealth as a collective, multigenerational project, rather than a collection of individual assets.
Within that context, Martín shared a perspective that defines the way we work: for an international structure to function properly, it is not enough for it to be correctly incorporated. Its legal form, documentation and actual operation must all be aligned. Three levels that, when not managed in an integrated way, can undermine a family’s objectives.
The programme covered BVI corporate and fiduciary structures, succession planning, regulatory developments across key jurisdictions, digital assets, and the specific challenges facing clients in markets such as Peru, Colombia and Panama.
A region that demands presence and specific expertise
Latin America accounts for approximately 20 percent of the BVI’s international business market, a figure that reflects the depth of the relationship between the jurisdiction and the region. For UNTITLED, that relationship has fifteen years of concrete history: accompanying Latin American families through structuring, succession and asset protection processes across multiple jurisdictions.
Participating in spaces like this Roadshow is part of that commitment: remaining at the center of the conversations shaping the industry and continuing to bring a technical, independent perspective with a genuine focus on the region.
