The Cayman Islands government has published the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership Transparency Bill, aiming to fulfill the commitment of introducing public registers of beneficial ownership information, in pursuit of obtaining a positive assessment from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) by 2025.
