When UNTITLED was founded, we defined a set of values that we committed to uphold and deepen throughout our growth. Today, nearly 15 years after our first steps as a firm specialized in wealth protection, we can proudly say that we have delivered on that promise. First, because we remained steadfast in the face of changes that sought—and continue to seek—to impose indiscriminate transparency over the right to privacy, turning discretion into a core principle we have no intention of relinquishing. And also, because we consistently put three other values into practice that brought us to where we are today: proactivity, innovation, and specialization.
For these reasons, we can confidently say that 2025 has been a year of evolution for us. And we would like to share with you some milestones that we consider meaningful achievements, which will allow us to continue improving the services we provide across our areas of expertise.
As you know, in April we launched EVOLVE, a product dedicated exclusively to the wealth protection of professional artists and athletes. The first months of this initiative allow us to anticipate a promising future. This launch, however, took place within the context of a broader restructuring that gave renewed momentum to UNTITLED Collection—a group of firms specialized in consulting, fiduciary services, and wealth protection.
One of those firms is EVOLVE. Another is the firm you already know as UNTITLED, which continues to operate as a boutique practice focused on high-net-worth Latin American families. The third is UNTITLED Sherpa, which combines comprehensive advisory services with ongoing support for families with sophisticated wealth structures.
To learn more about UNTITLED Collection and each of its firms:
Beyond names and beyond the specific focus of each firm, this structure is far from arbitrary. We recognized that our clients increasingly seek specialization, and that the needs we have always understood as unique and personal required, on our end, a solid and integrated team—along with decentralized teams capable of addressing specific complexities without compromising the core values and spirit of UNTITLED.
This evolution naturally required refining our processes and deepening something we continuously prioritize: training. We expanded our team and promoted senior lawyers to lead key practice areas. At the beginning of the year, we also welcomed Enrica Casagrande—part of UNTITLED since its early days—as a Partner.
We work with one clear objective in mind: allowing our clients to rest easy. And this effort has also been recognized externally. Several organizations have acknowledged our work, including IFLR1000, Chambers, BVI Finance, Leaders League, Law.com, among others.
As the year comes to an end, we can say that we achieved our goal. We improved what we already know how to do—what we have been doing for nearly a decade and a half—and we will continue doing so.
Thank you, as always, for your trust and continued support.
We wish you a joyful holiday season and look forward to reconnecting in 2026, to continue making the complex simple.
